LAWRENCE COUNTY – An investigation by Special Agents with the Technical Services Unit of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, with the assistance of the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, has resulted in the arrest of a Lawrenceburg man.
TBI Agents received information via a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that an individual was sharing images of child pornography through social media. During the course of the investigation, Agents determined that the account involved belonged to an individual who was subsequently identified as David Treadwell.
On Monday, Agents arrested David Treadwell (DOB 01/08/1981) and charged him with one count of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and one count of Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. He was booked into the Lawrence County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
