NASHVILLE – Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have secured a warrant charging a Virginia man in connection to the ongoing investigation into the July murder of a man in Hohenwald.
At the request of 21st District Attorney General Kim Helper, TBI Agents began investigating the death of Brian Deavers, shortly after local authorities found him deceased in his Talley Street home. During the course of the investigation, Agents developed information leading to Dennis Lee Seale (DOB 10-14-74), of Rochelle, Virginia, as the individual responsible for the crime.
After Agents secured a warrant Tuesday charging Seale with one count of First Degree Murder, state troopers in Virginia arrested him without incident. Authorities subsequently booked him into the Central Virginia Regional Jail, where – at the time of this release – he was being held without bond and awaiting extradition to Tennessee.
