NASHVILLE – A Nashville man who was added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top Ten Most Wanted fugitive list in April is now in custody.
Barry Eugene Moore, 28, was located in a garage on Augusta Way in Nashville by officers with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department and the Violent Crimes Task Force, and was arrested around 8:30 p.m. Thursday night.
Barry Moore was wanted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department on the charge of First Degree Murder. On March 15, 2014, Justin Roake was killed when shots were fired from an SUV, into the vehicle he was driving. Moore was identified as the driver of that SUV. He was indicted for First Degree Murder by the Davidson County Grand Jury in August 2014. Moore was also wanted on a separate charge of Failure to Appear.
Barry Moore was being booked at the Davidson County Jail at the time of this release.
