NASHVILLE – As part of a joint investigation involving the Clarksville Police Department and DEA Task Force, Special Agents in the TBI’s Drug Investigation Division have obtained indictments for 27 people in connection to a significant drug operation in the Clarksville area.

The investigation into the operation began in April 2012. To date, authorities have seized more than three kilograms of cocaine, five firearms, several ounces of marijuana, eight vehicles, and more than $30,000 in cash.

Today, with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Task Force, authorities arrested the following 16 individuals, who were subsequently booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a variety of bond amounts. At the time of this release, photographs of these subjects were not available.

TYRONE DARELL HOOSIER, 45, Clarksville – Conspiracy to Distribute 300 Grams of Cocaine, Manufacture of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession for Resale of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Money Laundering, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Possession for Resale of Schedule VI Controlled Substance.

  3. GLORIA ELIZABETH WOODLEY, 31, Clarksville – Conspiracy to Distribute over 300 Grams of Cocaine, Possession for Resale of a Schedule II controlled substance, Possession for Resale of a Schedule VI controlled substance, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony, Money Laundering, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

JAMESTHON QUADELLERI GRIFFIN, 32, Clarksville – Conspiracy to Distribute over 300 grams of cocaine, Possession for Resale of a Schedule II controlled substance, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Simple Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance.
  5. FRANKLIN DELANO JENKINS, 43, Clarksville – Conspiracy to Distribute in Excess of 300 Grams of Cocaine.
  6. REGINALD GEOUNNIA KEESEE, 44, Clarksville – Conspiracy to Distribute in Excess of 300 Grams of Cocaine.
  7. MARCUS DEWAYNE GRINSTEAD, 31, Clarksville – Conspiracy to Distribute in Excess of 300 Grams of Cocaine.
  8. CLIFTON LEWIS MILLER, 58, Clarksville – Conspiracy to Distribute in Excess of 300 Grams of Cocaine.
  9. TIMOTHY DEWAYNE HUTCHINSON, 30, Clarksville – Conspiracy to Distribute in Excess of 300 Grams of Cocaine.
  10. ELLIS ANTWAN PARKER, 32, Clarksville – Conspiracy to Distribute in Excess of 300 Grams of Cocaine.
  11. ANTHONY DEWAYNE PEARSON, 42, Clarksville – Conspiracy to Distribute in Excess of 300 Grams of Cocaine.
  12. WARREN FITZGERALD PERRY SR., 51, Clarksville, TN – Conspiracy to Distribute in Excess of 300 Grams of Cocaine.
  13. HUGH MICHAEL WALLACE, 56, Clarksville – Conspiracy to Distribute in Excess of 300 Grams of Cocaine.
  14. RAYMOND ROSCOE HURT JR., 41, Hopkinsville, KY – Conspiracy to Distribute in Excess of 300 Grams of Cocaine, Possession for Resale of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.
  15. ROBERT DRAKE PARKER, 61, Clarksville – Conspiracy to Distribute in Excess of 300 Grams of Cocaine.
  16. JERRY TRELL MERRIWEATHER, 29, Hopkinsville, KY – Conspiracy to Distribute in Excess of 300 Grams of Cocaine.
