SCOTT COUNTY – An investigation by special agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has resulted in the arrest of an Oneida man on rape charges.
On Monday, at the request of 8th Judicial District Attorney General Jared Effler, TBI agents began investigating allegations of rape that occurred in Scott County. As a result of the investigation, agents developed information that Tommy Duncan (DOB: 12/22/84) was responsible for raping the female victim on at least four different occasions.
On Monday evening, TBI agents arrested Duncan and charged him with four counts of Rape. He was transported to the Campbell County Jail, where he was booked on a $150,000 bond.
