E-LEARNING SPECIALIST/INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER

Job Duties:
Responsible for gathering project requirements from subject matter experts (SMEs), to include consultation to create/revise storyboards, audio/video scripts, infographics, scenarios, and online course content. Assesses the scope and timeline for projects. Maintains and develops content templates, procedures, and standard workflow. Obtains website analytics. Builds digital learning content including micro-learning, animations, audio, graphics, video and other media as appropriate. Determines the criteria to judge learner’s performance. Publishes and maintains current course materials. Manages the learning management system, to include course enrollment analytics and reports; event registration management and creation; and learner management tech support. Answers questions from users as needed regarding content and functionality and assists users with queries and concerns.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree and experience equivalent to two years of full-time professional work in one or a combination of the following: academic teaching; educational administration; development of instructional materials for academic programs; or training.

Preferred Qualifications:
General coding skills (e.g., XML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript), visual design skills, experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and the Adobe Creative Suite, experience creating images and graphics, writing copy, instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts is desired.

Education and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree and experience equivalent to two years of full-time professional work in one or a combination of the following: academic
teaching; educational administration; development of instructional materials for academic programs; or training.
Substitution of Education for Experience:
Additional graduate course work in one or a combination of the following
may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of two years: (1) Human Resources Management;
(2) Industrial/Organizational Psychology; or (3) any field related to the design or evaluation
of curriculum and related instructional processes, including, but not limited to Curriculum and Instruction, or
Educational/Instructional Media Design, Educational Evaluation, Research, and Statistics. (e.g., 36 graduate quarter
hours may be substituted for one year of required experience).
Substitution of Experience for Education: Any teaching or training experience, or any remaining professional
experience may be substituted for the required education, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of four years.

OR

One year of professional experience in delivering workforce training with the State of Tennessee.

Monthly Salary: $3,206 – $5,127

TBI MEDICAID FRAUD NURSE CONSULTANT

Job Duties:
Compiles findings and information from patient medical records, and medical and/or pharmacy reports to apply to Medicaid Fraud and abuse case investigations. Synthesizes Medicaid Fraud and abuse case investigations findings and information to produce reports. Reviews, compares, and analyzes information in healthcare and billing records for Medicaid Fraud and abuse case investigations. Serves as the initial healthcare expert for Medicaid fraud and abuse casework (e.g. interpretation of medical and procedural terminology, medical standards of care, scope of practice, etc.). Communicates case status/findings to case agents to further the Medicaid Fraud and abuse investigative process.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and experience equivalent to two years of full-time increasingly responsible professional nursing work. OR graduation from accredited college or technical institute with an associate’s degree, possession of an unencumbered Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) License, and experience equivalent to four years of full-time increasingly responsible professional nursing work.

Monthly Salary: $4,973 – $7,955
