JACKSON – A joint investigation by Special Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Hardeman County Sheriff’s Department has resulted in the arrest of Christopher Jeremiah “CJ” Armour in connection with the 2016 double homicide in Hardeman County.

On October 21, 2016, at the request of former 25th District Attorney General Mike Dunavant, TBI began a joint investigation with the Hardeman County Sheriff’s Department into the double homicide that occurred at 2560 Naylor Road in Toone, TN.

During the course of the investigation, it was determined that Christopher Jeremiah “CJ” Armour, DOB 12/26/1987, of Moscow, TN was involved in the double homicide of a father and son in Hardeman County.

As a result of the investigation, Armour was arrested on March 15, 2018 and charged with Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder and Filing a False Report.

Armour is currently being held at the Hardeman County Jail.

This is the sixth arrest in connection with the 2016 double homicide. As a result of the investigation so far, five other subjects; Andrian Bullock, Damein Hamer, Jeremy Hamer, Marquenton Williams, and Erica Beard have been charged and are awaiting trial in Hardeman County.
