The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation seeks interested and qualified candidates for the following open position:

HR ANALYST 1
HUMAN RESOURCES UNIT, TBI HEADQUARTERS 

JOB DUTIES
Manages leave and attendance for the agency, this includes keying, auditing, and correcting timesheets; approving payable time; managing the exception report; and processing all special leave requests.  Trains new employees on entering leave and submitting timesheets in Edison.  Pulls requisitions in NeoGov to fill vacancies.  Works with hiring managers to obtain first round interview questions. Prepares and distributes job announcements.  Serves as agency Service Award Coordinator and Charitable Campaign Coordinator.  Prepares employee files for separation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree.

Substitution of Experience for Education: Qualifying full-time professional or paraprofessional human resources related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of four years.

MONTHLY SALARY RANGE: $2,511 – $4,019
