The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation seeks interested and qualified candidates for the following open position.

Responsible for collaborating with appropriate personnel to write, compile, and apply for state and federal grant opportunities. Completes all required semi-annual, quarterly, and close-out reports required for each grant according to the DOJ Financial Guide and/or the OCJP Administrative Manual. Explores funding sources from federal and state government agencies for new funding. Submits reallocation of funds for necessary grant items and overtime for the DNA Backlog overtime program.  Additionally, responsible for completing the Cost Allocation Plan each year to submit to the Federal Government.

Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree and experience equivalent to four years of full-time increasingly responsible professional grants analytic work.

Substitution of Experience for Education: Qualifying full-time professional grants analytic experience may be substituted for the required education, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of four years (36 quarter hours/24 semester hours is equivalent to one year).

MONTHLY SALARY RANGE: $3,710- $5,936
