Responsible for keying, correcting, and approving leave and attendance in Edison, including special overtime projects. Prepares supplementals for additional or retro-active wages and C7s for leave adjustments. Processes and keys all special leave requests, including but not limited to FMLA, Military Leave, and Sick Leave Bank. Establishes payroll and work schedules for all new employees. This position will also assist with the on-boarding process for all new employees.
Education and Experience: Education equivalent to graduation from a standard high school and experience equivalent to one year of clerical work.
Substitution of Experience for Education: Qualifying full-time clerical experience may be substituted for the required education, on a year-for-year basis.
MONTHLY SALARY RANGE
$1,785 – $2,855
