NASHVILLE – Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have obtained indictments for a Clarksville man in a child pornography case.
As part of an investigation to identify subjects in Tennessee sharing child pornography on peer-to-peer networks, TBI Agents began investigating Cecil Roy Kendall on August 17, 2014. As the investigation progressed, Agents developed information the Clarksville man possessed and transmitted child pornography on his home computer.
On April 6th, a Montgomery County Grand Jury returned indictments for Kendall, charging the 32-year-old with three counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. On Wednesday, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kendall and booked him into the Montgomery County Jail, where at the time of this release, he was being held on $15,000 bond.
