JOB DUTIES

Responsible for conducting job analyses on new classifications, to include directing subject matter expert meetings and writing job specifications from job analysis data. Assists in the selection process for new hires and promotional candidates, including working with hiring managers in the composition of supplemental and behavioral based interview questions. Assists with on-boarding of new employees. Utilizes Edison to enter position establishments, reclassifications, transfers, and abolishments. Conducts and responds to salary surveys. Annually updates TBI’s Affirmative Action Plan. May attend job fairs and assist in agency recruitment. May work on special projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree and experience equivalent to three years of professional human resources work.

SALARY RANGE $3,173 – $5,077
