Detroit, Michigan- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has removed a Lebanon murder suspect from the state’s Top Ten Most Wanted list.

Derrick Devaughn Carr, 19, of Nashville, was wanted by the Lebanon Police Department for one count of first degree murder-premeditated, one count of felony first degree murder, one count of attempted first degree murder, one count of especially aggravated robbery and two counts of reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. The morning of August 10, 2013, the Lebanon Police Department responded to a call of shots fired at 46 Dedman Street where they found Andre D. Logue dead from a gunshot wound.  A short time later, a second male victim, Justin L. Johnson arrived at the University Medical Center in Lebanon suffering from gunshot wounds received during the shooting incident. Investigators believe Carr was responsible for the shooting. Derrick Devaughn Carr’s counterpart, Shawn Derrick Betty Jr. is still at large.

The Lebanon Police Department was advised overnight that Carr had been captured by law enforcement of Farmington Hills Police Department, which is a suburban area of Detroit, Michigan.
