Nashville, Tenn.- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation today removed the latest addition to the state’s Top Ten Most Wanted fugitive list after he was captured in Florida by the U.S. Marshals late this afternoon.

Randy Edwin Harr, 49, was taken into custody at a campground in Gainesville, Florida where he had been staying in a tent for a couple weeks. He is currently in the Alachua County Jail awaiting extradition. Harr was added to the Top Ten Most Wanted list yesterday after he was indicted by the Hawkins County grand jury on one count of first degree murder, one count of aggravated burglary, one count of aggravated arson and one count of perpetration of or attempted to perpetrate any first degree murder, arson, burglary or theft. He was wanted for the March 20, 2012 shooting death of 36-year-old Christopher Varalli in Surgoinsville. Harr will be held without bond.
