NASHVILLE – Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have arrested a Hendersonville man accused of trying to use social media to find an underage female for the purpose of sex.
On August 18th, while working in an undercover capacity, TBI Agents responded to an online ad posted by Randall Todd Soulliere indicating he was looking for a young female for the purpose of sex. During the course of the investigation, an Agent posed as a minor female and communicated with Soulliere. The pair arranged to meet this afternoon.
Agents arrested Soulliere without incident and charged the 45-year-old with one count of Solicitation of a Minor. At the time of this release, he was being held in the Davidson County Jail on $10,000 bond.
