NASHVILLE- Tonight the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation removed the Bradley County fugitive Howard Montgomery Callaway from the state’s Top Ten Most Wanted List after his capture by law enforcement.
Callaway, 39, of Cleveland, Tenn. was located and arrested tonight at 167 White Oak Road in Cleveland. He is currently being booked at the Bradley County Jail on 32 counts of aggravated burglary, aggravated evading and for violating his federal probation for methamphetamine charges. Callaway has been on the run since Monday morning when he and a female passenger fled from a TBI agent attempting to take him into custody on the burglary and probation violation charges. The additional evading warrant was taking out after Callaway fled from authorities. TBI, U.S. Marshal’s Service, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and Bradley County Sheriff’s Office have been searching the area where Callaway fled on foot more than two days.
