The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered Child Alert on behalf of the Cookeville Police Department for 5-month-old Ronald Flanigan.
Ronald has black hair and brown eyes. Ronald weighs 20 lbs. and is 2’02”tall. Ronald is believed to be in the company of his parents Ronald Collins Jr. and Amanda Collins. Ronald and Amanda are believed to be en route to the Memphis, Tennessee area. Ronald Collins is possibly armed and dangerous. There are bond conditions in place that prohibit Ronald Collins from any contact with Amanda Collins and baby Ronald Flanigan. There is also a court order on file for removal of 5-month-old Ronald from the custody of his parents. Ronald and Amanda are possibly driving a gold 4-door 1999 Buick Park Avenue. The vehicle may be displaying a Tennessee tag of H2283Y. This tag (H2283Y) does not match the vehicle. In addition, there may be a temporary tag on the vehicle. That tag number is unknown.
