LAW ENFORCEMENT SUPPORT UNIT
JOB DUTIES
Maintains all emergency and network operations for the State of Tennessee in the area of law enforcement; addresses phone, radio, computer, and network connectivity problems that arise from law enforcement agencies statewide. Monitors the TBI Consolidated Facility security system and monitors maintenance and backup functions for all systems housed at TBI that are accessed by law enforcement agencies across the state.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: Education equivalent to graduation from a standard high school and experience equivalent to two years of computer operations or law enforcement teletype communications work; graduation from an accredited two-year college or technical institute with a major in computer science, data processing, or other acceptable field may be substituted for the required two years of experience.
SALARY RANGE $2,022 – $3,235
